At Culture Store, we take great care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged products.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must send photo or video proof of the damage to our email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send proof along with your order ID to our official email:

Return Process

  • Once your damage claim is verified, we’ll guide you through the return steps.

  • Returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are not available for issues without valid proof of damage.

No Returns or Refunds For:

  • Minor color differences or size issues

  • Change of mind or wrong selection

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Only package damage
