At Culture Store, we take great care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for damaged products.

To be eligible for a return, you must send photo or video proof of the damage to our email within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

Once your damage claim is verified, we’ll guide you through the return steps.

Returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging.
Refunds

If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not available for issues without valid proof of damage.
